ActiveSight Signs Service Agreement With Celgene Corporation
San Diego, CA — July 20, 2004. ActiveSight announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide structural biology services to Signal Pharmaceuticals LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Celgene Corporation. Efforts under the agreement will be focused on co-crystallography of Celgene's small molecules with a human drug target protein produced by ActiveSight. The agreement includes upfront fees and payments for milestones.
