Account Manager, Rigaku Oxford Diffraction

Description: A direct sales position within Rigaku Oxford Diffraction covering the mid-west and west coast US and Canada. The primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers while retaining and growing the existing installed customer base for products related to X-ray diffraction of proteins, small molecule crystallography and biological X-ray scattering (BioSAXS) techniques. You will be responsible for actively driving and managing all activities of the sales process in an assigned territory.

Service Administrator / Coordinator – Oxfordshire, UK

Following the recent expansion of Rigaku operations in Europe we are now looking to recruit a dynamic, focused and flexible Service Administrator based at our Oxford, UK, head-quarters. The role will require close interaction with the service team to continue the provision of world class service to our global customer base. A ‘can do’ approach is very much a prerequisite to further enhance and develop the busy service department.
