Sales Engineer, North America

In addition to direct sales to OEM and Users, Sales Engineer is the primary resource for other members of the field sales force and many House- Account OEM customers. Sales Engineer is responsible for actively seeking new prospects and customers, supporting the quote process, working as the primary liaison between the project teams and other sales staff or the customer. Prompt collection, compilation and distribution of technical information from customers to RIT and from RIT to customers is expected. Sales Engineer must be able to quickly get quotes into the system and processed.

European Sales Engineer

A direct field sales position in the Rigaku Oxford Diffraction group covering a central European territory. The primary responsibilities are to acquire new customers while retaining and growing the existing installed customer base for products related to X-ray diffraction of small molecules (chemical crystallography) proteins (macromolecular crystallography) and biological X-ray scattering (BioSAXS) techniques. You will be responsible for actively driving and guiding all activities of the sales process

Field Service Position – Analytical X-ray Service Specialist - Semiconductor

Rigaku Americas Corporation has a position open for a Field Service Engineer. This position will involve the installation; maintenance and repair of Analytical X-ray Equipment, XXR measurement tools, Thin Film measurement tools, Wafer Analyzers, X-ray HV Power Supplies, X-ray Detection Devices, Automation Devices, CCD Cameras, Cryogenic Equipment and other relate devices. This position requires a large amount of travel Monday thru Friday with the possibility of some weekend and holiday work.
