Osmic™ Max-Flux^® for XRD

A new product line specifically tailored the powder diffraction upgrade market, the Max-Flux optical system uses a configurable housing that allows Max-Flux optics to be installed on almost any commercial X-ray diffractometer (XRD) system regardless of manufacturer. 

Max-Flux optics offer performance advantages for high resolution X-ray diffraction (HR-XRD), X-ray reflectometry (XRR), semiconductor metrology (thin-film analysis), and phase analysis in X-ray powder diffraction. The housing has been designed to provide the simplest alignment, and most versatile adaptability, to allow it to be customer installed.
