The SAXS pattern of human hair. Data were collected using Rigaku's S-Max3000 3-pinhole SAXS camera and MicroMax-002+ microfocus X-ray source. The sample-detector distance was 1.5m. Total length of the camera was 3m. This SAXS system can serve as a powerful tool in the area of cosmetic research, for example, for characterizing the cell membrane complex of the hair.
