Fast absolute structure determination
A fast absolute structure determination experiment was performed using the
RAPID II integrated with the MicroMax™-002
X-ray generation system using copper radiation. A commonly
available organosulfur compound was mounted at room temperature. Data were
collected in only 36 minutes and processed using routine methods. The absolute structure was determined unambiguously by refinement of
the Flack parameter.
