TOPIQ | XtaLAB Synergy-ED: Single Crystal Structures from Powders
Despite its simplicity and affordability, the XtaLAB Mini II makes no compromise on the research-grade results it produces. To demonstrate it, we will perform a live analysis of an organic crystal of cytidine, using the Rigaku program CrysAlisᴾʳᵒ for screening and data collection/processing and Olex2 software for structure solution and refinement. All steps will be covered, from crystal centering on the goniometer to running CheckCif on the final model and preparing necessary files for IUCr submission.
