On display in the 600 square foot island exhibit will be automation systems (Alchemist™ II, Desktop Minstrel™ UV), benchtop XRD and small molecule systems (MiniFlex™ II XRD system and SCXmini™ small molecule system), the new Saturn 944+ 18-bit CCD X-ray detector, new VariMax™ VHF X-ray optics, and accessories such as MtGUI software with RFID pins and the Proteros® Free Mounting® System. Rigaku employees will also be demonstrating various advanced software platforms, including: CrystalClear™, d*TREK®, CrystalTrak™ and MIFit+.

On Sunday June 1st, Rigaku held a public "Lunch and Learn" at 12 p.m. in the convention center, featuring presentations by Tom McNulty ("Diverse Applications with the RAPID II Curved Imaging Plate Diffraction System"), Angela Criswell, Ph.D. ("Expanding the Crystallographers Toolkit: New Tools for Your Structure Solution Pipeline"), and Craig Sterling ("The New Desktop Minstrel UV with Clean Light Technology™"). On Monday June 2nd, the 23rd Annual Rigaku Fun Run/Walk took place at the World Fair Park.

In addition to the exhibit and festivities, Rigaku scientists will deliver six crystallography presentations at the ACA conference discussing applications and describing new hardware and software available from Rigaku.
