Rigaku is looking for a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to ensure our users, stakeholders and customers capitalize on the benefits of our Salesforce CRM. In this role, your duties will include managing user accounts, maintaining our sales database, and training staff and partners to effectively use our Salesforce platform. To ensure success as a Salesforce Administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce, its ecosystem and have experience on the day-to-day operations within that ecosystem and implementation.
Our expectation is that you will help, assist, and provide consultation on the Salesforce tool internally to the stakeholders, especially customer journey process managers in our marketing, sales and service departments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the optimal performance of the Salesforce systems and products.
- Provide support and knowledge in the Salesforce systems and products for optimal integrations with our marketing and ERP systems.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, and other system settings for best business success.
- Manage multiple accounts (SFDC instances) and either consolidate them or design more cohesive SFDC structures, including processes, language, and parameters across multiple business units and organizations
- Monitor the access level of all the profiles in the system.
- Import marketing leads, contacts, and data.
- Maintain the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Perform database maintenance, diagnostics and deduping as needed. Keep an industry standard database backup routine.
- Evaluate and install Salesforce upgrades or releases, including training and support with those changes.
- Document processes, log error reports and overall object management.
- Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3 years or more of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator: Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in computer science is advantageous. Prior knowledge of database systems is preferred.
- Experience in administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.
- Capable of maintaining Salesforce database including backup routines.
- Good knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce products, Salesforce app store, tools, and consulting services.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce Software and its functionalities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems independently and promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a global team.
