3. Eligibility
- Participation is open to naturalpersons aged 18 years or older
- Participants must beprofessionals working in laboratories, analytics, biotechnology or relatedindustries
- Employees of Rigaku Europe SE andtheir immediate family members are excluded
- Participation is free of charge
4. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on LinkedIn:

- Follow the Rigaku Europe LinkedIn page
- Leave a comment on the giveaway post
No purchase or payment is required.
Multiple entries per person are not allowed.
By participating, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
5. Participation Period
The giveaway starts on 17 February 2026 and ends on 13 March 2026.
Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the end of the participation period.
The random selection ensures equal chances for all participants.
7. Winner Notification and delivery of prizes
Winners will be contacted via LinkedIn direct message and also announced in the comments of the LinkedIn post if we have received the consent for this in advance.
If a winner does not respond to our direct message within 5 working days, Rigaku Europe reserves the right to select a new winner.
Tickets will be sent digitally by email or by post. The tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Data protection

9. Exclusion from participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons who violate the conditions of participation.

The organizer is not liable for technical problems or failures of the event.
11. Premature termination
The organizer may terminate or adjust the prize draw prematurely for important reasons.
12. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
13. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
