导言

锂离子电池在我们的日常生活中随处可见,如手机、智能手机和电动汽车等。锂离子电池主要由正极材料、负极材料、隔膜和电解液组成。其中,负电极材料对电池的放电容量、能量密度和安全性有重要影响。被广泛用作负极材料的碳,根据石墨结构的形成程度(石墨化度),决定了电池的放电容量。下述测量示例中,使用搭载高分辨率高速一维X射线探测器的小型X射线衍射仪,根据JIS R7651:2007求得晶格常数和晶粒尺寸,评估碳负极材料的石墨化度。
