Rigaku is exhibiting at the March 2019 American Physical Society meeting at Booth #136
March 5, 2019 – Boston, MA. Rigaku Corporation will be attending the March 2019 American Physical Society (APS) meeting, representing its diverse range of X-ray analytical instrumentation. The meeting is taking place March 4-8 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC).
The meeting will host 11,000 attendees and showcase research from industry, academia, and major labs for a global audience of physicists, scientists, and students.
Rigaku provides the world’s most complete line of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) instruments and components, and is exhibiting at booth #136.
Systems include the Rigaku MiniFlex XRD and Supermini200 wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) benchtop systems, and the SmartLab multi-purpose diffractometer with small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and in-plane capabilities.
