XSPA-4M

Ultrahigh-speed Hybrid Photon Counting 2D X-ray Detector

For synchrotron radiation facilities

XSPA-4M (Parallel-type)

Cutting-edge IC packaging and control-circuit design technology

The latest IC packaging and control circuit design technology makes the XSPA series one of the best performing Hybrid Photon Counting (HPC) 2D X-ray detectors in the market.

Ultrahigh measurement speed

With the latest digital control technology, a frame rate of 56 kfps (2bit) in Standard and 970 kfps in Burst Mode is achieved. Furthermore, the count rate can reach 10 Mcps (after correction) with a minimum exposure time of 40 ns.

Burst Mode enables extremely high time resolution

Enhancing the ability to observe fast transition phenomena.
