Semiconductor Service Manager (The Woodlands, TX)

Rigaku Americas Corporation is seeking a service manager for our Semiconductor division who can provide the highest level of satisfaction to customer as well as manage an experienced field service team. Must have a hands-on approach with customers and team members, be able to multi-task and have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and training development tools. The position requires 5-7 years in the Semiconductor manufacturing industry related to installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of semiconductor process equipment for wafer processing.

Application Specialist XRD/XRF (Neu-Isenburg, Germany)

The Application Scientist will provide complex application support to our XRD customers with all XRD systems manufactured by Rigaku Corporation. The Application Scientist should be capable of operating XRD equipment, apply analytical methods and techniques used in powder and thin-film XRD and should be interested in basic XRF methodology. Specific background in one of Rigaku’s key segments, like life science, advanced materials or chemicals, is highly appreciated.

The Export Compliance specialist collaborates with and supports procurement, product marketing, logistics, order entry, and engineering functions within the organization. This role serves a resource for our internal and external teams providing guidance on export compliance issues, assisting in the mitigation of risks and monitoring developments in export regulations, review of ongoing sales activity, and maintenance of export records.

Documentation Control Specialist (Wilmington, MA)

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide services for engineering and operations. In fulfilling this duty to assist engineering and operations with managing information related to parts, bills of material, releases, work instructions, training records. and changes (change management and engineering documentation used to build, maintain and service the product). As part of the engineering team, the Documentation Control Specialist will serve a key role in the Quality Management System.

Service Manager (Neu-Isenburg, Germany)

The Service Manager will organize all service activities to our customers, including complex new installations, preventive and corrective maintenance at existing installs and be responsible for development of the service contract business. The Service Manager will ensure continuous training of engineers and organize customer application training. Experience in B2B services is highly appreciated but entrepreneur customer focus is more important. The ultimate customer satisfaction will drive everyday activities.
